Step into one of our two beautifully furnished “getting ready rooms” located in the main building and the renovated Carriage House. Rooms offer salon-style seating with mirrors, ample lighting, large screen TVs, and Bluetooth speakers. Thoughtfully equipped with clothes hanging racks, bathrooms, and a small refrigerator for drinks or snacks, these spaces provide exclusive sanctuaries for the bridal party or hosts throughout the day.
From hair & makeup preparations to quiet moments before the ceremony, our getting ready rooms offer comfort and convenience, ensuring every moment leading up to the celebration is memorable and enjoyable.
CEREMONY SITE
Picture this: You and your beloved exchanging vows beneath a canopy of blooming trumpet vines, surrounded by the serene beauty of our enchanting ceremony lawn. As you say “I do,” your guests will be seated comfortably on comfortable white padded chairs, nestled under the shade of majestic trees, eagerly awaiting this magical moment.
With space to accommodate up to 200+ guests, you can rest assured that all your loved ones will have a prime view of your union. And the best part? We take care of all setup and breakdown details, so you can focus on basking in the romance of the day. But that’s not all – we go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of your ceremony is flawless.
Our wireless lapel microphones ensure crystal-clear vows for you and your officiant, while your DJ sets the perfect soundtrack for your grand entrance.
After the “I dos,” the magic continues as guests transition seamlessly to cocktail hour. Our expert team discretely removes chairs, transforming the space into a haven for lawn games, photo booths, or even a rumpus area for the little ones.
Shake things up and host your ceremony on our picturesque patio, with dining tables set amidst the lush lawn for a truly unique experience that will leave your guests in awe.
And to ease any pre-wedding jitters, we offer a complimentary one-hour rehearsal period supervised by your dedicated day-of coordinator.
COCKTAIL PATIO & BAR
The dedicated bar & cocktail area is perfect for pre or post-ceremony refreshments. Multiple cocktail-height tables and stools offer a relaxed atmosphere for lounging, while rustic wine barrels serve as ideal stations for stationary appetizers. An outdoor covered bar space awaits, fully stocked with mixers, ice, and attentive staff ready to serve your thirsty group.
At Kingan Gardens, we operate on a BYOB basis, offering considerable savings for our guests. Custom beverage packages cater to all event styles, with hosts providing the alcohol while our trained bartenders handle the rest with finesse. Additionally, a self-service station is available, offering water, iced tea, and lemonade.
Extra counter space is provided for a champagne toast setup or specialty drink station. Rest assured, last call typically occurs 30 minutes before the conclusion of the event, ensuring a smooth transition as the festivities wind down.

DJ & DANCEFLOOR

A complimentary music planning meeting ensures a playlist that ignites the dancefloor and keeps the party in full swing. Every hit song is carefully selected, ensuring your favorites are included, and the music seamlessly transitions from ceremony to cocktail hour and dinner, reflecting the unique style of your event.
DJ services are available for a full 6-hour event,
with amplified sound respectfully ceasing at 11 pm.
